The decision to attack Russia with long-range Atakams missiles has already been made, and now this issue is being made official through a media campaign, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

As he emphasized, the involvement of those countries in the Ukrainian conflict is direct and every new step makes it even bigger, although it can hardly be bigger, everything is obvious.

A Kremlin spokesman said Russia’s response to attacks inside its territory would be appropriate.

Peskov added that the armed forces of Russia have all the necessary means to continue the SVO.

To recall, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said yesterday that US President Joseph Biden and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer could make a decision on Friday to allow Kiev to target Russian territory with long-range weapons.

The British “Telegraph” today, citing government sources in London, reported that Joseph Biden this week may allow Kiev to use the British “Storm Shadow” missiles for attacks deep into Russian territory.

American permission is needed because those missiles are used in conjunction with American systems, the paper said, without specifying which systems. Sources say that no final decision has been made yet.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said earlier that discussions about the use of Shadow Storm missiles to strike deep inside Russian territory are playing with fire.
