Natural remedy for high blood pressure

Arterial hypertension is one of the most common diseases today. It is believed that one third of the adult population has blood pressure that needs to be treated, and this percentage varies depending on diet, physical activity and age.

The most common symptoms experienced by patients with high blood pressure are: headaches (especially in the back of the head), fainting, ringing in the ears, unsteadiness when walking, pain or similar sensations in the chest, shortness of breath, a feeling of rapid or irregular heartbeat, and so on.

Natural way to reduce high blood pressure:

Ingredients:

– grated ginger (1 piece 3 cm)

– 1 clove garlic (grated)

– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

– 1 teaspoon honey

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Just put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Then, put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator.

How to use:

Consume 1 tablespoon of this medicine in the morning before breakfast and 1 tablespoon of this medicine in the evening before dinner.

You should not consume this medicine more than 3 times a day. It is used for only one week, after which it should already have good results.

The procedure can be repeated after a 10-day break.
