15 tips for healthy eating!

  1. Start the day with a portion of fresh fruit and a glass of juice. Why?
    To encourage urination and eliminate toxins and byproducts from the body.
  2. When to eat fruit?
    In the morning, as the first meal! Fruit should be eaten half to 1 hour before a meal or 3 hours after lunch! Why? Fruit is easily digestible and if eaten immediately after a meal, it rots from the food we have previously consumed.
  3. Fruit can be eaten in the evening as well, but in the morning as the first meal it is most recommended because it is not good to eat heavy and long digestible food for breakfast. Why?
    Our body has a cyclic structure:
    a) From 4-5 to 12 o’clock it is clean of all by-products and toxins.
    b) From 12:00 to 20:00 our body receives food.
    c) From 20:00 to 04:00-05:00, our body uses the food we eat and the nutrients from it.
  1. Do not consume concentrated proteins (meat, poultry, fish) in the same meal as concentrated carbohydrates (pasta, rice, potatoes). Why?
    Scientists have found that when taken together they have the opposite effect and their overall effect is weak. For example, fish, meat or poultry are eaten together with a portion of salad, also pasta, rice or potatoes are consumed with salad!
  2. Eat balanced (biologically effective) daily meals every day. Why?
    To bring the necessary nutrients into your body: proteins, carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, liquids!
  3. When to take the last daily meal and why?
    At least 3-4 hours before bed, to minimize the pressure on the body!
  4. When preparing meals, the so-called cold-pressed oils, such as olive, sunflower and soybean oils. Why?
    Because these oils are an excellent source of useful unsaturated fatty acids necessary for the body.
  5. Divide your body weight by 8 and you will get the daily amount of fluid (2 dl) that you need to drink. (If your body weight is 72 kg, that means you should drink 9×2 dl.)
    Observe your urine if it is clear and transparent, it is a sign that you are drinking enough fluids. If the urine is thick and yellow in color, immediately start drinking at least 1.5 to 2 liters of liquid a day!
  6. Make sure you get enough, but not too much (no more than 25 g) of fiber from different sources! Eat pasta, rice, potatoes and fruit! Why?
    Fibers protect the heart muscle, heal the digestive system, maintain optimal weight and allowable cholesterol, prevent the occurrence of high blood pressure and diabetes, venous diseases and cancer.
  1. Eat preferably fresh food (not frozen), seasonally grown in our area, it is grown without pesticides and without fertilizers!
  2. Drink fresh milk (not permanent, because it has a lot of chemicals) and fermented milk products: kefir, probiotics and whey.
  3. Eat fish at least twice a week, because it is easily digestible and rich in essential amino acids, essential fats, as well as vitamins and minerals.
  4. Daily consume the additional suggested doses of vitamin C, E, complex vitamins and minerals and trace elements. Why?
    Because it is difficult for old people to absorb all the necessary micronutrients from food.
  5. You must have moderate physical activity every day – walking, cycling, swimming, gymnastics and fitness.
  6. Try to spread positive energy in your family, neighborhood and your living environment. This way you will avoid stress and above all you will preserve your health.
